We are gradually getting the league back to something like normal service. The senior league is now underway after several planning sessions and an EGM. We are looking at how to get the Junior League back up and running and expect to hold 3 sessions this season (rather than the usual 4). Also we can happily report that at the other end of the age spectrum the over 65s are back up to speed. Today we held our second session of the season at Shavington and most competitive it was. It seems the pandemic has not dulled the enthusiasm. Of course, as time goes by more people will enter the golden years and become 65. If you are one of those and as yet unaware that we do have a 65s group then please consider joining us. We hold a 2 hour session every few weeks moving around the venues. This is ideal for those who still enjoy an energetic game but are not now fully engaged in league competitive badminton. This is a perfect accompaniment to club nights.
