Please find attached the final updated poster for the C&D Junior Badminton Tournament to be held on SUNDAY 26th April at Shavington Leisure Centre. Please share this with your players and parents. It is open to players that are registered with our clubs who play in our respective league. Entrants should be able to click the link or scan the QR code to access the entry form - which should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. It can be used to enter the different disciplines that they wish to enter (e.g. singles, doubles etc)

The age groups are dependant on current school-year and players may play-up if they wish. It is £5 per entry (£5 for singles, £5 for doubles etc...) which can be paid on the day, in cash or through a bulk club online payment if multiple players want to take part from a club. If players are entering different age categories, I ask that they submit a separate entry-form for each. 

Please note the entry deadline of 16th of April for all players. I can't guarantee any entries after that. Also please note that parents/guardians will need to make provision for looking after their own children and there will be no responsibility of any organisers to look-after the welfare of children outside the remit of playing badminton and being safe in the hall.

I will send out the risk assessment so that all are familiar with it at a later date.
