To those Crewe Members who may know Tony Jordan

Notification comes from CCBA regarding the sad news that Tony Jordan has died and to advise that Tony's funeral will take place on:-

For the younger badminton enthusiasts, who may not remember Tony, Tony played in the old Birkenhead League. he played for Cheshire and he also won numerous international titles from the mid-1950s through the late 1960s and, between 1956 and 1968, shared four mixed doubles titles with three different partners at our very own All England Championships. He also played in seven successive English Thomas Cup teams between 1951 and 1970.  Tony was awarded an MBE for services to badminton.
