As you all know, we have been unable to hold our usual AGM due to the pandemic. We have liaised with club secretaries and decided to publish some 'virtual' minutes which contain the officers reports for the season almost completed. There were two proposals each of which we asked Secretaries to check with clubs and both have been accepted. The only (but most important) issue is how we close out the 19/20 season, and for now we are still watching to see how Government choose to handle indoor sports. In the interests of keeping some progress we have published the minutes and they are on the web site downloads (or attached here). As always - please ask if there is any clarification needed.
