This note came today from Tom Weston of Knutsford Badminton Club. The note is attached in Word form should you wish to print or forward. The text below is the note in full.

Dear all

Our NHS needs your help. There is a desperate shortage of scrubs (simple top & trousers) that are worn by nurses, doctors and district nurses, Macclesfield and mid Cheshire have asked for 2100 pairs of scrubs for their staff, each pair of scrubs requires 3.5 meters of material.

Also simple wash bags for the scrubs are required. Help is needed in the follow areas: sewing scrubs and/or bags, sourcing fabric, printing the pattern (A0 size) or contributing to GoFundMe

My wife Fiona is now heavily involved, if you can help please contact her on fkweston@gmail.com or me on 07730802070

There is an article in the Knutsford Guardian about what is being done:

Also a group on Facebook: mid Cheshire hospitals- Leighton/Northwich - For the love of scrubs.

Many thanks in advance

Fiona and Tom Weston
