You are invited to offer suggestions for the winners of this years awards as follows:

Tony Hickson trophy awarded for outstanding services to the non-playing side of the game. This can mean principally one or more of: club/league administration, coaching, associated duties to enable league functioning, county representation, BE contribution.

Stan Smith awarded to the most improved player. Traditionally this has been a younger player (eg a junior who gets county recognition, trophy winners or a junior league stalwart - particularly one who is breaking into the ranks of senior badminton) but it is not restricted to that. It is possible for senior players to make a step change also.
