The U12 and U16 Junior tournaments will be held on Sunday 10th February 2019 at Holmes Chapel Leisure Centre, with U16s starting at 10 am and U12s at 12.30. If you would like to enter please complete the attached form and send to Andy Hancock before 3rd February 2019. Andy will be attending the Junior League fixture on 3rd and will be happy to receive by hand. The U14 and U18 tournaments will be held on Sunday 17th March 2019 also at Holmes Chapel Leisure Centre. The attached form can also be used for these tournaments, with the deadline being 10th March 2019
