Our gallant lads and lasses went over to Ellesmere Port at the weekend to contest the Len Knight Masters trophy. Once again Warrington were unable to field a team so it was down to Crewe, Chester and Wirral to compete. Crewe played a blinder against Chester and won by the narrow margin 0f 5-4. Wirral was an altogether different proposition and we lost that one 8-1. We need to say a big thankyou to the players who wore our badge with pride:
